Capital budget votes

There's a joint meeting of the Solid Waste Committee and full Council* scheduled for Thursday at 7:30pm in Town Hall. That meeting is for discussion of the trash disposal facility.

Following that meeting, the Council will have votes on the two capital budgets (year 1 and years 2 - 5) that were not adopted last week.

The CHS air conditioning installation and heating retrofit project is still delayed until next year. And I still haven't heard anything yet about my related request for a signed copy of the architect's contract. (I'm trying to get my hands around this project.)
