Anonymous said...: If we started this in March - May 2007 what, why, whom happened that caused a bid waiver for the architect? Did they Council need a bid waiver this past March of 2008, because somebody in Town Hall had already given a design contract to Salamone & Assoc?

If this was started in 2007 and is not completed now for the Nov referendum vote only points out the incompetence in Town Hall.
