Sunglass thief arrested

Police arrested Japhet Linares, of 78 Chestnut Street, Waterbury, on charges of second-degree larceny Tuesday... Linares was wanted by police for the theft of 34 pairs of designer sunglasses, worth $8,500, from Macy's Logistics and Operations on 475 Knotter Dr.
