Bankruptcy for Brass Mill Center in Waterbury?
From the WRA:
The Wall Street Journal reported late Wednesday the Chicago company, which owns the Brass Mill Center and Commons in Waterbury, had hired Sidley Austin as bankruptcy counsel.

tHIS PLACE WAS DOOMED FROM THE START--it just brought kids from the projects into the mall; no one in their right mind would shop there. Merdien Sqaure looking at losing Macy's & JC Penny's
