Personnel meeting on the CPD on Thursday
Personnel Chair Tom Ruocco has scheduled a full Council meeting for the CPD issues. It'll be on Thursday night in Town Hall. I'm not yet sure if the Council will take any action.

There really is no action the council can take. Only thing is recomend a leadership education program to Cruess or tell the union to deal with it
Well I just hope it comes out how the TM is part of the problem. Tim said he was.
New management may be able to address the problems more effectively.
Let's see, if we fire Milone, it would take us about 90 days to replace him. Nothing would get accomplished in that time. After that time, we will start from day 1. What benefit would that be? How would that be fair to the police officers? If we fire Milone, Cruess gets a 3 month reprieve and the police get 3 months of harassment.
Firing Milone is a drastic move. It would be the equivilant of cutting off your hand because of a hang nail
