BOE ok's Teachers' Union contract

As reported by the NHRs Luther Turmelle:

The Board of Education unanimously approved a three-year contract agreement Thursday night with the district’s teachers union that will give educators an average salary increase of 4.4 percent per year, while increasing the amount they pay for their health insurance premiums.

Are you kidding me? If they get that there should be some cuts in staffing. Give me a break. Our surplus gets us again. Thank you. Vote them out next Nov.
