Foster Adoptive Mission

As a followup to yesterday's guest post by Deb Kelleher on foster care, here's a description of Deb's not-for-profit group:

FAM is a federally-funded Community Collaborative whose mission is to promote and enhance relationships between foster/adoptive families, DCF and other community providers and to increase the number of licensed foster and adoptive families available in the northwestern and central areas of the state for CT children in out-of-home care.
