Ron Paul on the "stress test" propaganda

I don't buy this stress test stuff. They were conducted by a known liar: Taxman Tim. They were based on information provided by banks that continue to say their "mortgage-backed securities" and "credit default swaps" have great value. And of course, these values are all confirmed by those vaunted ratings agencies!
