The Pavement Mgmt System vote
Here's the 43 minutes of discussion that led to a 7-2 vote (Sima, White opposed) of the Council in favor of spending $46,000 on a new Pavement Management System. I'm still not sure how this software will properly compact roads before paving.
Nonetheless, I absolutely believe that this new system would offer a benefit... but it's an incremental benefit... and not worth the cost.

So it was a crackpot on the budget committee that thought this one up...thanks for clarifying!
At the capital budget meeting 5 residents of Northwood Court complained that the town had done nothing to correct serious problems with their road. The blame part of the conditions on planning officials that allowed Frank DiNatali to build a substandard road.
Here is just another case of a deveoper leaving the taxpayers to correct shoddy or substandard work.
When are developers going to be held accountable?
When are developers going to be held accountable?
ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!
the developers' pals,
MattA, MattH, MikeE :(-
So when there is a problem in town where someone MIGHT be held accountable, just go out and find a software package andbuy it.
