Pushing forward on the pool

Going back to the Council's two most recent televised meetings (Feb 26 & Mar 11)... some of you may have wondered if I was surprised by all the strawmen and obstructionist tactics (see here and here for some examples that include video) being thrown at my request for an RFI for alternatives to the pool bubble.

If you thought I was surprised (particularly on March 11), you were right. And here's a one minute YouTube from the February 26 meeting that I believe explains why I thought my March 11 proposal may get five votes:
