Sounds like Justices Kennedy or Breyer citing the EU Constitution or the UN Human Rights Resolution in his opinions.

hmmm... I'm thinking more along the lines of:

World Trade Organization
NAFTA
CAFTA
International Criminal Court


and so on and so forth...

As for me, I take an oath to the Constitution. I have no idea to who the anti-Constitutional globalists (Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr, etc.) take an oath when they sign away US sovereignty.

Don't get me wrong... I think bilateral agreements are appropriate, necessary and good... but I firmly oppose these multilateral agreements that effectively sign away US authority.
