Tim,

I heard Connecticut finally was mentioned on a major radio network out of NYC about be number one in the country in something! Finally, We're number one! We're number one! Com'on chant along with me people: We're number one, We're number one. How about that Queen song that always sends chills up my spine: We are the Champions, we are the champions in the number of abortions in the country! Doesn't that bring a tear to your eye's people. Oh I'm so proud all over, killing the unborn, what a glorious day for Connecticut and the pro-choice lobby!!!

Mike Rocci

P.S. I know some, just some are necessary in extreme cases but being number one in the country, now that's a crime.

How do tax credits for energy and health care costs provide an incentive for young people to buy a house? Out of touch.

Considering the two top posts together, if tax credits don't provide an incentive for young people to stay in Connecticut, maybe abortion services will !

So let's replace Adinolfi with Elizabeth Esty. She'll make sure Connecticut remains #1 in abortion services.

Advancing abortion rights is her top career accomplishment. Just google up "Elizabeth H. Esty" + abortion and see for yourself.

You may be out of touch.
Young people who are starting a family have increased health care costs. Whether they have 1 or 4 kids. The healthcare costs are constantly going up. They also need to budget in order to pay the rising energy costs. Young people can't buy homes if they can't pay the bills to heat and light it.
Wake up!
Al is trying to do the right thing.
What do you suggest we do to assist young people to buy homes?Just give out grants?
The state is too busy doing that for important things like artificial turf.

Pretty sidewalks and street lamps are what is going to keep talented young people here in CT

Yep, buying expensive toys on borrowed money is EXACTLY how we ought to respond to a recession!

Hey Al....what about the turf....put up or shut up...squash the turf grant if things are so bad

He can't do that. That is from Amann's slush fund.
Nobody can touch it.
