Isn’t it ironic that Republicans (James Sima and Tim White) are pro-environment while the Democrats (Altieri, Ecke, Esty and Hall) want to pave over the north end and pollute our drinking water with Artificial Turf toxins.
Talking about role reversals, McCain opposes waterboarding while Obama supports warrantless wiretaps. Next thing you know, McCain will be for environmental protection and curbs on global warming ….. but wait, he already is.

Don't forget coal stoves, while higher in CO2 output they are lower in volatile output than oil and currently coal is the cheapest fuel source in CT. Cheaper even than wood.
