With the town council setting up this emergency fund last year for the boe ($350,000)it makes sense to keep it funded from the capital nonrecurring account. As Jim Sima says, I hope everyone is really paying attention to this capital budget.
ya I'll have a double cheeseburger, small fries and some rolaids for this budget....
and could I get a medium french vanilla with cream only...and can you tell me how many cups of coffee it'll cost per resident to cover the cost of the D's capital budget??
