Introduction to Joe Bartoli (Council at-large)

Here's a brief introduction to Marilyn Bartoli and her husband, Joe Bartoli. Joe is currently a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals. He has served for six years on the ZBA. He's now running for Council (at-large). Marilyn is the Chair of the Republican Town Committee.
