3. Discussion and action re: proposed Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Five Year Capital Expenditure Plan and Annual Capital Expenditure Budget.

and Tuesday's meeting...
AGENDA:

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

Since we've got a full Council meeting scheduled on Tuesday, maybe we should also vote on the capital budget on Tuesday? That is how it was planned until a few days ago. It should be simple enough to add to the agenda.

is the Strathmore Dam in limbo?
Many promises, no action. What will it take to get something done?
Stratmore dam is the responsibility of the developer and the homeowners.
The town should not set any precedence regarding the town's responsibility with dams.
It's private property and with private property comes the good and the bad.
