I don't recall anyone asking about this, but I thought you may find these statistics of interest:

Cheshire Correctional Institute: 1402
Manson Youth: 654
Webster Correctional Institute: 588
Total # of inmates: 2644

Furthermore, I believe there are about 400 empty beds.
