SB00323 AN ACT PROHIBITING SMOKING AT RETAIL SERVICE STATIONS.
SB00324 AN ACT REQUIRING THE LICENSING AND OVERSIGHT OF PRIVATE SOLID WASTE HAULERS.

SB 00323 - Isnt that already a law? They already have the no smoking signs up and I believe the words "per order of fire marshal" or "under penalty of law" are included. Besides, it's kind of common sense.
