School bus contract details

At the February 24 Council / BOE meeting it was mentioned that school bus contracts are rising significantly - in the 10% range. So today I followed up on my previous concerns and should be getting some details of those contracts, including details of the one outlier - East Hartford - that increased by 4% in the first year.
