Capital Budget '10/11: planning, incl. open space

The TMs proposed capital budget includes $1,000,000 for open space. I think the open space fund already includes nearly $2,000,000. So I'm doubtful this will be sent to referendum this year.The open space discussion will occur at the next Council meeting on Tuesday August 17 @ 7pm in Town Hall. Residents can probably ask questions that night. But questions can definitely be asked the following night on Wednesday at the public hearing.
