Brass Mill Center not closing
Despite their parent company hiring bankruptcy counsel, Waterbury's mall (Brass Mill Center) emphatically rejects the notion that they're closing up shop.

Who cares? The place is deserted most of the time except for the kids who hang around the place.
As will be the Shoppes at Cheshire in the North End.
After seeing so much political pressure applied to the town council, P&Z, and Inland Wetlands to give W/S everything they wanted in the NE, it would be fun to see W/S go belly up.
