New units on Rumberg considered

From the MRJs Jesse Buchanan:

The Housing Authority's plan to add 14 units of affordable housing on Rumberg Road has met with resistance from neighbors who say the project be too much development of the area.

The same Marty Coburn is quoted in this story who was the main cheerleader for allowing high density, high rise residential development in the NE; and what if some newly prosperous "community organizers' in the Age of Obama get a spigot into the federal treasury to build a huge "affordable housing" project up there now that the mall seems a nonstarter?
