Turmelle on demolition delay ordinance

When the Hist Comm first created the documents that resulted in the formation of the two historic districts, did they do a survey of the entire town? Mr. Sitko said that over 1000 properties are over 75 years old. Must we delay action on ALL of them? Why not have the hist comm maintain a list of buildings in which they have some interest in seeing maintained? Seems like, once completed, it would save a lot of people time and money.
