Planning Committee status update
Per staff, (not per the committee Chair, Laura DeCaprio) here's the current list of items on the plate of the Planning Committee:
Acceptance of Mountain Brook as public road

Who is pushing Mt.Brook to become a Town road? If it is the residents, maybe the road and existing drainage is in need of repair and they don't want to foot the bill? What is the benefit for the Town to accept a private road?
Good question...what's the benefit of making Mountain Brook Rd a town owned road? Seems to me the people there can afford to pay for plowing, repairs, etc.
