Poll: Voters trust GOP more than Dems

From Rasmussen Reports:

Voters now trust Republicans more than Democrats on eight out of 10 key electoral issues, including, for the second straight month, the top issue of the economy. They've also narrowed the gap on the remaining two issues, the traditionally Democratic strong suits of health care and education...

Voters not affiliated with either party trust Republicans more to handle the economy by a 46% to 32% margin.

Wow. Chris Dodd is probably hoping the economy improves.

How quickly people forget. Republicans have no better solutions than Democrats. If Republcans (not Ron Paul type) were put back in charge today, in six months time people would love Democrats again. The differences between the two are not that great.

I am Republican but this is more folly than fact. We have to get real leaders--Statesmen..& shed Rush/Hannity & O'Reilly before civil minded people take us serious again. And no, Palin is not the answer....

If we could/would only elect individuals based on merit and not party. Parties are a joke. All it does is create 1 sided thinking and closed minds. We need more independant candidates to run to offset the party system. Parties are for the people that want to be told what to think and what to do. Independants are free to be original.
