09/10 Capital Budget: consolidated
Here's the overview of the entire 5-year capital budget that has been proposed by the TM:
The Council will likely change this budget and adopt it sometime around the end of August. I'll try to add the details over the course of the next six weeks.

I'd defer the 10/11 line item for land acquisition. New home construction has sputtered to a halt and development pressure on vacant land greatly reduced.
Can you post the details of the Education part?
I read in the Waterbury paper that the resurfacing of the track is in the capital budget for $250,000. If I recall correctly it was in last year's capital budget for a lot less than that. Could it be that part of this $250,000 will be saved for the turf project?
