In a demonstration of leadership, the BOE agendas and minutes are now online.
Maybe someday the town will follow suit and offer meeting minutes in an easy-fo-find link, right on the town website's homepage!? Or maybe not.

That's a beautiful thing.
Yeah... imagine if Town and PZC meetings got on YouTube... but that's obviously a very complicated process... I mean, maintaining a link (to all Council and PZC meeting minutes) on the town's homepage is apparently difficult. So I'm sure uploading video to the web is much more complicated.
Besides, transparency is not important.

Providing video for all the web to see is easy. Install ceiling mounted video cameras in the Town Council chambers. All Henry Chase has to do is turn them on when meetings start. Video is downloaded and stored for broadcast.

How can you put something on Youtube that is not televised? P&Z only televises the sessions they want you to see, like the W/S promotional presentations. They like to keep the public in the dark so that they can write their findings without any deliberations.
Is any thing different now that we have an Information Officer? What a joke.
The decision to approve the W/S mall and apartments was made in early 2007 or even earlier. All the supposed hearings were mere show.

Why don't you tell that to the majority of the TC. The have the power to change.
About the Town website homepage and adding a link to meeting minutes... last August, I offered this motion.
The Council rejected adding the item to the agenda. I don't recall the stated reason for rejection.
