Mike & the Mad Dog rip Shays
Forget about what Congressman Chris Shays said during the Congressional hearings on baseball drug use. A lot of people listen to Mike and the Mad Dog. And this is what they heard:(posted by CTBlogger)

What I'm still trying to understand is when Pettite says Clemens juiced, how do Republicans end up getting in the middle of this and looking as though they're taking sides?

Shays is an idiot. He got more bad press in one day on WFAN then he ever could have dreamed. Dog says he will make sure he isnt reelected next time around. The real question is why do Republicans always blow opportunities to get some good press.
Shays just cost himself a chance to be re-elected by looking like an idiot.
More people who vote saw this hearing and will remember. Mike and the Mad Dog are extremely popular in this state and when they make it sound like you are stupid, then you are!
They could not even pick the winner of the superbowl ( it was a NY/NJ team). I would not believe anything these two highly opinionated and out of touch with real fans of sports say or do. Shays and all the other senators just wanted publicity. What a poor example of what these people spend their time on.
