The NHRs Luther Turmelle offers a take on last night's discussion on the Town's $50,000 Pavement Management Software (PMS) expenditure.
I still don't think we needed to spend $50,000 on PMS.

Spending $50,000 on a consultant for the roads?? I don't know if it's "PMS" or just another one of those expensive "male menopause" things...lol
For the amount of time that the Public Works managers spend driving around, they could have told us the same thing.
