I guess the goal for the majority is to keep the subsidy under $500,000. What are they thinking?

What are they thinking?

Maybe they're thinking about The State of Paralysis in which they find themselves?

Or perhaps it's just that Cheshire's local elected officials don't understand the phrase "Request for Information" ?

They are following the classic pattern of NIMTOF, "Not In My Term of OFfice".

Let's do something right and do it once for a change

I think we should bite the bullet and put a permanent roof over the pool or just open it up for the summer. I don't use the pool but after talking to people who do, the most common complaint is the mold and unhealthy conditions. Someone also told me they felt like they were swimming in a tent. After having conversations with people who have used the pool I have no urge to run down and sign up.

Ms. Esty may not have heard of that term either so she will have to look it up in Wikipedia like she did "RFI".
And her law degree is from where?
