CYB concession stand at Bartlem
The NHRs Luther Turmelle reports on the CYB concession stand at Bartlem Park. Apparently the law of unintended consequences even applies here as 7-11 may be getting less business as a result of this government action.

Nice job. If they use the money to cut the fee in half that is great. Here is cooperation between govt and the public sector that will keep money in peoples pockets and possibly allow someone to play that may not have been able to afford the higher fees.
