You forgot the Sunday Record Journal, and two times on Channel 3 last night.
Plus it seems that the town isn't winning any Public Opinion polls in the New Haven Register "Sound-Off".
This seems to be getting very interesting to say the least.

Interesting is an understatement. Does Cheshire honestly believe that they have a legal foot to stand on? Let's forget about the bigger issue at hand which is the fact that this affects far too many homeowners to count at this point in time and focus on the fact that it appears the attorneys and town officials actually believe that "making an example" out of this one homeowner is the right way to go? I question the legal advice that Cheshire is receiving. It seems as if their bullying tactic simply pushed this homeowner to protect themselves further by retaining an attorney and pondering their own action and/or retaliation. Perhaps someone needs to "smack" some sense into those making legal decisions that may affect us all in the long run.
