Anne Giddings is holding an Ordinance Review Committee meeting on Tuesday @ 7:30pm in Town Hall. I expect the hot topic will be the Historic District.

4. Prison Advisory Committee / Public Safety Commission possible merger.

The Historic District ordinance needs a major overhaul or a repeal. This commission is like a condo board on steroids - on a power/ego trip, telling others what they can and cannot do with their properties under the banner of "historic preservation."
Prison Advisory and the Public Safety Commission should be merged out of existance.
