Gas on the rise

Gas prices (Courant, by Mark Peters) are definitely one of the hottest topics for people to mention to me. And I agree with Chris Dodd on this point... if gas remains this expensive, incumbents will pay a price for it this November. I don't know that it will be huge numbers of voters, but there will be voters who simply want change.

Let me say this. I think more and more people are fed up with incumbents, plain and simple. Particularly those who have been in place for great lengths of time. When they continue to do business as is,because thats simply the way its done (no names mentioned!),then its time to go. Its why quite frankly the people in this state need to throw send every current member of the state legislature home and send folks like you up there. The same holds true for congress and the US Senate. We need folks who are socially and fiscally conservative, who truly identify with 9 to 5 folks like myself....enough is enough.....
