Prospect sewers OK'd?
The developer, Toll Bros, of the 366-unit senior housing project (to be built in Prospect on the Waterbury line) appears to be moving forward. It seems as though Toll Bros. has agreed to increase the amount of money they'll be paying to Waterbury as the fee to hookup to their sewers.

Why does Waterbury get to extort millions in connection fees? This is not for costs of expanding the sewer lines or expanding the treatment facility at Waterbury expense.
anon... I can't speak to the negotiations between the City of Waterbury and Toll Bros.
I'm not privy to those conversations.
Do you guys have your own sewer system?? No thats why!
