My new hero: Congressman Pete DeFazio
"[Obama] is being failed by his economic team," DeFazio concluded. "We may have to sacrifice just two more jobs to get millions back for Americans." (Huffington Post, by Sam Stein)
- Congressman Pete DeFazio speaking on the future employment of Larry Summers and "Timmy" Geithner.
Go get'em Congressman! And may I suggest you add Ben Bernanke to your list?

Obama has no economic policy. Since he is the coach of this "team", can we fire him? Might as well sacrifice 4 jobs.
His decision to allow the 9/11 defendants to be tried in NY wasn't mach better.
It could be an invitation to armageddon.
It is funny to hear from people who hated him that Cheney may have been right about treating them like war criminals...Hello--we are in a war!
As many of the Dems like to say during the Bush administration, "Don't blame me, I didn't vote for him!"
Obama ran against Bush's failed economic policies.
Yet Obama has the same economic team as Bush sans Paulson.
I'd love to hear President Obama's explanation for what he meant by "change" in economic policies.
From what I understand, members of Congress from both sides of the aisle were calling on Geithner to resign, just today.
If Geithner, Bernanke & Summers are in office in 2012... I expect to be working mightily against the incumbent POTUS.
The failed economic team of Bush / Obama needs to go. We need to have a real discussion (not Wall Street served kool-aid) on monetary policy & banking policy.
President Obama was elected a year ago. I hope it doesn't take him much longer to realize that he ran against Bush's failed economic policies... not on them.
