Took a driving trip to Indianapolis in early August; astounded with all of the vacant commercial real estate along the highway--MANY new buildings. Let 'em build the mall; what little business they'll do will cause other businesses to fail; just not that much money around anymore to spend....
Sure is, look at Action Sports. Another empty store front is less money that the shopping center has to pay in taxes.
ReplyDeleteI heard last weekend that the mall was going to be moving ahead very soon. Plans were being finalized and are ready to be submitted.
