So let me get this straight - We've got "indoor air quality" issues (125,000)that aren't important in the first year yet we're going to spend 750,000 to relocate locker rooms & repave the track??!!
we need to repave the track so they can tear it back up when they install the turf.
We also have a 525,000 grant that could be redirected to redoing the locker rooms in the athletic complex.
