Ask for the source data, those that contributed to the survey. Once you discover who those people are you will find out the education, real estate and developer community flooded the site with comments. Based on that aloe makes the survey invalid.
I did leave town and now enjoy living in a town in another state, where our taxes are half what I paid in Cheshire, where the schools are first class, where town services are excellent, where the parks are first class and where people are genuinely friendly. Something that never really happened in our years in Cheshire...
We would be higher if we had a turf field.....instead of the grass stuff.....
