Sam Caligiuri is not yet a US Senate candidate
Yesterday I suggested that state Senator Sam Caligiuri (R-Waterbury) was officially a candidate for US Senate. But that's not the case:
He's married with two little kids.
So he's got a lot to consider before making the leap to the national stage.
