Why do we have to "construct" an emergency ops center? Can't those who would meet during an emergency just go to the police department where there's all the communication tools they should need.
ReplyDeleteI saw their communication stuff at the police HQ and it looked pretty good, if we do this is there some sense we will avoid having to refit the PD stuff?
