It's good to see outside people investing in Cheshire.
It will only be good if something good goes in there. We don't need another coffee shop like was written in one paper as a possibility.

It's going to be a Walgrens or how about another Dunkin. Sold for $1.3 million? Is that what the assessment is based on?
