This mega sprawl is going to cost the town and state a fortune. For what?
Nothing in this development is needed by the people of Cheshire. The only people that will benefit from any of this are the local developers. They should cough up the money instead of milking the taxpayers.

Watertown has in there laws that the developer pays and the town picks the consultant. Why don't we?????????????
