Raucous caucus

Speaker Amann's newly elected House supermajority (107 of 151) is showing the strains of its own size. Not only is he having trouble building consensus on reforming the "electric deregulation," he's now having trouble building consensus on education.

This isn't a surprise to me. With such a large majority, I would expect that any caucus would have very divergent views among its own members.
