Do we...What will the plan be for his replacement? <br /> Do we want to look at outsiders to bring new ideas to our force? Flip side is employee moral will not be helped as we cut off the top rung of the ladder. <br /><br />Do we want to promote people that have been exposed to the so-called misery of the Cruess regime? We could not guarantee that anything would be better. <br /><br />Do we want to consider a total overhaul of our force and realign divisions and personel into better work groups? Not suggesting firing officers but mearly putting the best people in the right spots.<br /><br />We have alot of choices to make and the clock is now ticking.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
