I...Yes, that awful existing building is an eyesore. It's ugly, rundown and the shack on the very end of the building is leaning to one side. Rite Aid's stock is $.31 a share; they are building all over the place and will go bankrupt or get bought out. Wonder where the churchgoers will park!! The whole Stop & Shop complex--including the new Rite Aid, to me is an EYESORE.
