But the country... or at least Congress... should have the discussion.<br /><br />And we've got to reign in the bogus mortgages and pre-approved credit cards. <br /><br />I'm not sure how to make those things happen, but they're probably both central to the bailouts that you and I must now pay.<br /><br />Unfortunately, America faces hurdles in doing this. Though as Michael Barone explained... banking is usually chosen as a hiding place... not a place to shine.
